The “Let’s Walk” Program is an easy way to start an exercise regime, while participating in a PFA activity at the same time. Benefit Members are eligible to participate in the program. To participate, Members track the number of miles they walk each month, and then in January of the following year, give their record sheet to their Nest Vice President who will verify the form and send it to the National Physical Education Director for processing. A running total of each Member's yearly mileage is kept and prizes are awarded accordingly.
