2010 Adult Volleyball Tournament

The Twenty First Annual Adult COED Volleyball Tournament will be held on March 5 – 6, 2010 in Cicero, IL with Nest #907 as our hosts for the weekend. The entry fee is $60.00 per participant and $25.00 per guest. For this tournament, we will be using our first online registration and payment. The cost of the tournament is $60.00 if you register by regular mail and $55.00 if you register online. By the time you receive this Sokol Polski, this feature will be up and running. Check it out and let me know if you have any problems using it.

The competition site is Lewis University Student Recreation and Fitness Center, One University Parkway, Romeoville, IL 60446. The tournament begins on Friday with a Captain’s meeting at 4:00 p.m. Play begins at 5:00. On Saturday, play starts at 8:00 a.m.

Housing will be at the Hampton Inn, 165 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. The rate is $89.00 per night. The number to call for reservations is (630)759-7100. Ask for the Polish Falcons rate when booking.

Evening activities on Friday, March 5th will take place immediately following volleyball play at the American Legion Post 18 in Lockport, IL. There will be food and drinks and a DJ for your enjoyment. Saturday, March 6th evening activities will take place at Joe and Josie’s Banquets in Lemont, IL. There will again be food, drinks and awards followed by a DJ for your entertainment. So gather up your crew and join us for what will be a fun-filled weekend of exercise and entertainment.
